Procedure For Making Spicy Salmon Crunch Roll

  • The first step in making sushi rice is to rinse it in chilled water until clear. Follow the directions on the rice container to prepare it. Allow it to cool to room temperature after cooking. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small pot. Salt and sugar should dissolve after being heated moderately. When the sushi rice has cooled, add the seasoned rice vinegar and blend gently to cool.
